Comments：
球球 got mild CHD, Conservative treat could be very successful on him. If under well control, he maybe not showing any limping from CHD in his life. From now 球球 reaches 2 years old is very important to him. We need to evaluate the hips again in 1year old ,1 1/2 year old and 2years. TPO will be the option if conservative treatment is not working well.

Suggestions & Treatment Plan：
1.Do not let the dog become overweight.
2.No violent exercise ( such as running and jumping )
3.Start on chondroproctective supplement.
4.Recheck and re-x-ray in 3 months.
